Steven Van Kempen to mxmag.nl
Belgium’s biggest motocross website, MXMag.be, has made a multi-year agreement with Steven Van Kempen. From the first of January 2018 Van Kempen will take up his position as chief editor for MXMag.nl
MXMag experienced a very positive 2017. A complete coverage, with an increased focus on grassroots competition in Flanders, has allowed the digital off-road platform to continue its growth. MXMag.be is expected to finish the year with close to 2 million unique sessions and approximately 4 million pageviews.
Steven Van Kempen is known as a pioneer in digital motorcycle media in the Benelux. Steven was the founder and driving force behind Hotlap (2001) and CrossXL (2011). Furthermore he offers riders and teams a management service for their communication and race contract needs through Kemco Sports PR & Management. As part of the intensive collaboration between Van Kempen and MXMag, Crossxl.nl will be rebranded to MXMag.nl from the first of January onward.

Established as a monthly magazine in 1983, MXMag switched to digital publishing only in 2007. Initially MXMag only published in French, but since November 2009 Dutch has been added to the platform. The launch of MXMag.nl clearly establishes the MXMag brand as the media reference for all off-road motorcycle enthusiasts in the Benelux.
